No matter what the occasion is, serving authentic barbecue sauce that includes meats smoked up to 14 hours over real hickory wood, authentic southern sides and succulent, scratch-made desserts will give your guests something to talk about for years to come. No event is too small, too large or too formal for Famous Dave's to cater. For parties of 10 or more, we have temperature controlled trucks to deliver your catering in. Some dishes take a few hours to cook to achieve the desired tenderness. We are happy to drop it off or we can stay for full-service buffet style catering and clean-up. For large, outdoor events we can bring our "battlewagon" featuring an onsite grill and full kitchen to prepare your food and serve it food-truck style.
